Senior Project Manager (Finance)

Senior Project Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a leading global professional services and consulting firm, seeking experienced Project Managers to join a growing consulting practice delivering complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex projects and programmes across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Define scope, governance, and comprehensive project documentation including RAID logs, PIDs, and status reports
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units, clients, and third-party vendors
• Map end-to-end customer journeys across retail banking products including loans, mortgages, and credit cards
• Facilitate workshops to define project scope and business requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions
• Engage and manage stakeholders up to C-Suite level
• Support business development activity including proposals and tenders

Requirements

• 6–10 years' project management experience depending on level
• Strong background in Financial Services — Retail Banking, Asset Management, or Insurance
• Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks and consumer protection requirements
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects in complex, demanding environments
• Experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams including clients, consultants, and vendors
• PM certification required; proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches
• Third-level degree with strong academic record
